Auxxo Fund Management GmbHs information on the consideration of adverse effects of investment decisions on sustainability factors according to the Disclosure Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of November 27, 2019 on sustainability-related disclosure obligations in the financial services sector)

This declaration is about the negative impact of investment decisions on sustainability factors for Auxxo Fund Management GmbH (LEI: 391200NQE5D2Z69PCV45), as administrator of Auxxo Female Catalyst Fund GmbH & Co. KG (LEI: 391200YG4J9TD5RNX071) ("Auxxo FCF" ).

Auxxo FCF partially takes sustainability risks into account as part of the risk analysis in the investment decision process. Auxxo FCF will develop a systematic ESG policy and introduce an ESG management system. The work is in progress.

According to Art. 4 of the Disclosure Ordinance, Auxxo FCF is obliged to provide information on the consideration of negative effects of investment decisions on sustainability factors, i.e. negative effects in particular on environmental, social and employee issues, respect for human rights and the fight against corruption and bribery "Principal Adverse Impacts" / "PAI").

Consideration of the PAI is largely dependent on the availability of relevant information on the market. In the area of financing business start-ups, the data required for this is often not available in sufficient volume and in the required quality. Nevertheless, Auxxo FCF takes into account the influence of the investments on some of the sustainability factors (especially diversity) and excludes some investments that would affect environmental, social, ethical or governance factors. Auxxo FCF applies the principle of proportionality.

Due to the fact that the legislative process has not yet been completed, there are still a large number of unresolved detailed questions with regard to the specific requirements for measuring and reporting the PAI. Auxxo FCF is therefore not yet systematically taking into account the most important negative effects of investment decisions on sustainability factors and will initially wait for further legal developments. Corresponding processes will only be implemented at a later point in time.

In this context, Auxxo FCF will examine possible compliance with codes for responsible investment and internationally recognized standards and, if necessary, the degree of conformity with the objectives of the Paris Agreement.

In accordance with Article 5 of the Disclosure Ordinance, Auxxo FCF will also issue a statement on how this consideration of sustainability risks and sustainability effects will be included in the remuneration policy.
